I gotta tell ya- I’m ALL about the podcasts and the valuable information they have to offer. I used to hear people talk about podcasts and I didn’t even bat an eye…to be honest, I really didn’t even know what they were! As embarrassing as that is – I’m so glad someone recommended one to me. I went to a work conference and the speaker said how each and every day she motivates herself on her morning drive by listening to a positive podcast to get in the right frame of mind. Mornings are the worst for me, so I figured…why not give it a go? I was pleasantly surprised to say that I was HOOKED from the first one. I can usually never shut up about the podcasts I listen to so I figured I would share my top 5 favorites! Enjoy!
I can’t get enough of this women. She’s so engaging, inspiring, and gets straight to the point. She goes over so many different topics that are all meant to motivate you and give you a different perspective. I feel like I personally know her, ha! I always am sure to listen to her Podcasts while I drink my morning coffee in my office or on the car ride to work. It just helps me get positive and feel good about my day. This guy knows what’s up! This is my absolute favorite podcast of all time. I can listen to it over and over again and I hear something I may have missed before because my mind was too busy being blown by something else incredible he said. I wanted to give some motivational and self-care options because I love learning and love improving my daily life.
